Leonard R. Pierce Memorial Park

5655 Goodale Road, Canandaigua, NY 14424

 

Located on Goodale Road in the Hamlet of Cheshire, this park is a memorial to Cheshire resident Leonard R. Pierce, who was shot down over the English Channel during WWII.

The park features a ball diamond, soccer field, sand volleyball court, swings, basketball backboard, and other playground equipment.  There is also a scenic wooded area and a small stream.

The park has two pavilions,charcoal grills, and rest room facilities. The pavilions are equipped with electrical outlets.  The mens / womens restrooms are handicap accessible and are open year-round.

No alcohol is permitted in any Town Park.
