Project Description*
Uptown Landing LLC has submitted a petition to rezone approximately 100 acres in the northeastern section of the Town adjacent to Blue Heron Park from Form Based Code Mixed Use Subarea to Incentive Zoning with the intent to develop a residential and mixed use development. The project must be approved first by the Town Board for the Incentive Zoning approval and second by the Planning Board for the subdivision and site plan approval.
