The Canandaigua Tax Collector not only collects taxes, but also handles tax collection inquires. Please call the office in Town Hall from mid December through March.

A special note about escrows:
Should you receive a bill that should have been paid by a bank, banks must request the bills by December 1st.
The Tax Collector does not send any bills unless they have been requested. If you receive a bill, please contact the bank.

The Tax Collector does not issue receipts from April through December for the current year, or for previous year(s). To receive a receipt, please call the Ontario County Treasurer at (585) 396-4432.

The Town does not accept credit card payments in order to avoid levying credit card charges onto other taxpayers.
