Public Hearing Notice

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canandaigua Town Board will be conducting a public hearing on the proposed consolidation of the Andrews Road Water District and the Canandaigua Farmington Water District to provide long-term, safe and reliable water supply for all customers in those districts. The public hearing will be held on Monday, December 20, 2021, commencing at 6:00 p.m. The public hearing will be held in the Onnalinda Room on the lower level at Canandaigua Town Hall located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. The meeting will also be available by Zoom. A copy of the Proposed Joint Consolidation Agreement has been posted on the Town’s website at www.townofcanandaigua.org. The agreement may also be viewed during normal hours, 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and Wednesday’s until 5:30 pm in the Canandaigua Town Clerk's Office.
