Public Hearing Notice


PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canandaigua Town Board will be conducting public hearings on the following:


  • A draft Local Law to remove Chapter §SDD (Site Design and Development Criteria) from the Town Code.


  • The condition and status of building renovations located at 4459 County Road 50.



    The public hearings will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the lower level Conference room of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. All persons interested will be heard at this time and date.  Any questions regarding this proposed request can be directed to Town Manager Doug Finch at or by calling Town Hall at (585) 394-1120 ext 2234.
