Public Hearing Notice

 

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Canandaigua Town Board will be conducting public hearings on the following:

 

  • A draft Local Law to remove Chapter §SDD (Site Design and Development Criteria) from the Town Code.

 

  • The condition and status of building renovations located at 4459 County Road 50.

     

     

    The public hearings will be held on Monday, September 17, 2018 at 6:00 p.m. in the lower level Conference room of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. All persons interested will be heard at this time and date.  Any questions regarding this proposed request can be directed to Town Manager Doug Finch at dfinch@townofcanandaigua.org or by calling Town Hall at (585) 394-1120 ext 2234.
