Town Board to Hold Public Hearing on Preliminary Stormwater Management Program Plan

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE, that the Canandaigua Town Board will be conducting a public hearing on the Town’s preliminary Stormwater Management Program Plan. The Plan describes the actions the Town will take to reduce pollution discharge through storm sewers to waters of the State. The public hearing will be held on Monday, May 15, 2017, commencing at 6:00 p.m. in the lower level public meeting room of the Canandaigua Town Hall, located at 5440 Routes 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, New York. All persons of interest will be heard at this time and date.
A copy of the preliminary Stormwater Management Program Plan is posted on the Town’s Website and may be viewed during normal business hours, Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. and Wednesday until 7:00 pm, in the Town of Canandaigua Town Clerk's Office. All questions relating to the preliminary Stormwater Management Program Plan should be directed to Town Manager Doug Finch.
