Bids For Park Roofs
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Director of Parks and Recreation of the Town of Canandaigua, Ontario County will receive sealed bids for the following: ROOF REPLACEMENT OF THREE ROOFS
Detailed specifications and proposal forms are available at the Town Clerk’s Office, Canandaigua Town Hall, 5440 Route 5 & 20 West, Canandaigua, NY 14424 between 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM, Monday thru Friday. The Bid information can also be found on the Town’s website at townofcanandaigua.org.
Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes at the above address and shall bear on the face thereof the name and the address of the bidder. All bids must be submitted to the Town Clerk’s Office at the above address by 9:00 a.m. October 14, 2016 at which time they will be opened and read. All bids pursuant to this notice will also be reviewed by the Town Board of the Town of Canandaigua. The award of the bid may be made at a later date.
Any deviations from the specifications shall be fully explained and noted on attached forms. Any bid submitted that contains deviations from the specifications that are not explained will not be considered a formal bid.
All bids will contain a signed Certificate of Non-Collusion.
The contract for the purchase of the above item will be to the lowest responsible bidder. In cases where two or more responsible bidders submit identical bids as to price, the Town may award the contract to either of such bidders. The Town may reject all bids and re-advertise for new bids in its discretion.
