2026 Ontario County Special Collection Events Schedule Announced

Residents are encouraged to review the 2026 Ontario County Special Collection Events Schedule and plan ahead for safe and responsible disposal of a variety of household materials.

These annual events provide opportunities to properly recycle or dispose of items that should not be placed in regular curbside trash, helping protect our environment and keep hazardous materials out of landfills.

Collection Categories Include:

• Household Hazardous Waste
• Electronic Waste (E-Waste)
• Tires
• Paper Shredding
• Mattresses
• Rigid Plastics
• Freon Appliances
• Pumpkin Disposal (Seasonal)

Most events require advance registration.
