Land Acquisition Possible Town Park(s)
The Town of Canandaigua is currently exploring the purchase of land for public lake access to Canandaigua Lake. The addresses of the parcels currently being considered are 4351 Tichenor Point Drive and 3950 County Road 16. On January 11, 2021 the Town Manager gave a presentation to the Town Board about the possible purchases. The presentation on the purchases is avaliable as a pdf document here for review. 4351 Tichenor Point Drive
Update: As of April 14, 2021 the Town Manager was notified the property at 4351 Tichenor Point Drive is slated to close selling to a private buyer by the end of Apriil 2021.
