The Court Clerk is the principle contact for Town Court. The Clerk is reponsible for scheduling Court and for receiving payments related to Court fines and fees, which must be done during the Clerk’s business hours noted on this webpage. The Court Clerk does not accept personal checks.

Traveling south on Route 332, at County Court House, (on left) at intersection/light, turn right onto West Avenue. DO NOT be confused, you are leaving the city and coming to TOWN court! From that Main Street light, the court is 2 miles out on the right. Court is located in the basement floor of the Town Hall, rear entrance.
