OPEN POSITION: FULL-TIME REAL PROPERTY APPRAISAL AIDE
The Town of Canandaigua is looking to hire a full-time real property appraisal aide to work in the Assessor's Office. Minimum qualifications include an Associate's Degree plus one year equivalent real property/appraisal/building experience, or high school (or equivalent) diploma plus two years relevant experience. Grievance Day is TUESDAY, MAY 26, 2015
To reserve your right to assessment review, you must file a grievance form, RP-524 Complaint on Real Property Assessment, with the Assessor’s office on or before Grievance Day, May 26, 2015. The Board of Assessment review will hold hearings in the Canandaigua Town Hall lower level conference room. Fifteen minute appointments will be available.
